Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd implement barcode system at all work sections. The system will improve traceability during processing and the returning the retread casing to customers.

The production flow of Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd has been enhanced by the monorial system. Each casing are processed according to establish standards before passing to the next work station. It also minimizes the possibility of contamination on the buffed and build casing. By having this in-house design monorial system it enables Sun Tyre to automate their retreading process and reduce strain, handling work load on workers.

Through the co-operation of its sister company, Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd, has succesfully fabricated three units of home design cold feed extruder for the building section. These unique extruders are able to speed up the casing building.

Another achievement project initiated by Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd is to implement the hot air system for its curing chamber, which help to reduce heat up time and thus increases its productivity. The utilization of hot air system is also in line with our company green policy of preserving energy.
