SIRIM QAS INTERNATIONAL MS ISO 9001:2000 ( Since 2004 )
- The ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification was awarded by SIRIM in 1994.
- The quality management system has been revised & certified to ISO 9001:2000 by SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd in 2004.
SIRIM QAS International MS 224:2005 (Hot-Cured & Pre-Cured) Since 2007
- The MS 224:2005 (Both Hot-Cured & Pre-Cured) certification was awarded to Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd by SIRIM QAS International of Malaysia.
- Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd is the 1st Tyre Retreading company in Malaysia to be registered by SIRIM QAS under the Product Certification scheme for Malaysian Standard MS 224:2005.
- Specification for retreaded pneumatic rubber tyres for commercial vehicles.
SMB Recognition Award 2006
- This award honors in recognition of outstanding accomplishment and contributions of Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd under the category “SMB Brand Excellence Award”.
- Organized by SMI Association of Malaysia (SMI).
- Presented by DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (DiGi).
- It was audited by Horwath.
